两种纱线条干均匀度测试方法的对比分析

摘　　要：通过对Uster条干仪和CTT所测纱线条干CV值的对比分析,发现两者之间具有一定的相关性,只是存在数值上的差距。同时指出,用CTT来评定和预测纱线条干不匀及织物的疵点分布具有更高的灵敏度和准确性,并且其对纱线及织物的质量控制更加严格。By comparing and analyzing the CVtested by Uster and CTT, The article points out that the two CVhave the special relationship and the numerical difference. Meanwhile, the CTT has the better sensitivity and accuracy when it is used to evaluate the yarn deviation and fabric fault, thus controlling the quality of yarn and fabric more strictly.
