摘　　要：电气系统设备的运行管理水平将直接关系到发电厂运行的安全经济性,从而影响发电厂的市场竞争力。本文分析了电气系统控制的特点,指出了在设计电气监控管理系统时必须注意的关键性问题,在此基础上提出了一种发电厂电气监控系统的可行性方案,论述了其结构体系和一些实现细节。The operation and management level of electric system directly influences the security and economy of power plant operation and the competition capability in power generation market. The characteristic of station-service power is analyzed firstly. And then some necessary suggestions are given to design a well performed electrical electrical supervisory control and management system. On the base of above, a new scheme of the system is provided, and its structure and implementation details ard given.
