摘　　要：深化地方大学生干部的军魂教育，是新时期军队思想政治工作的重要任务。必须准确把握地方大学生干部的特点，找准切入点铸军魂；必须着眼“不变质”历史课题，抓住关键点铸军魂；必须整合军事教育资源，把握着力点铸军魂。Enhancing the military spirit education of cadres who don＇t graduate from military academy is an important mission. The methods of enhancing the military spirit education are. first, seizing characterizes of this kind of cadres; secondly, focusing on the historical topic of ＂maintaining original political color＂; thirdly, making full use of military education resources.
