摘　　要：论述了网络中心战的基本概念。以美军网络中心战的研究现状为例，指出我海军在信息化建设方面存在的一些问题和不足以及需要解决的关键技术。对我海军信息化建设提出了几条建设性的意见，并尝试指出我海军信息化建设的新方向。The essential content of Network Centric Warfare is discussed. Take the research on American-army＇s Network Centric Warfare＇s present condition for example, the problem and the defects existing in our naval informational construction, and also the key technology which need to solve, are indicated Finally, it puts forward some constructive suggestions about our naval informational construction which try to develop the new direction of our naval informational construction.
