摘　　要：学员队干部践行党的先进性要求。做好基层工作，必须理清工作思路，强化责任意识，提高自身素质,树立良好形象。During the process of actualizing requirement of Party＇s progressiveness, cadres in military units of students should set up work aim, strengthen the consciousness of responsibility, develop their qualities, and build up good image,so that the grass-roots work can be well done.
