摘　　要：从不同的视角考察，军队中级指挥院校校园文化表现为多形态多层次的立体结构。从它的主体构成上看，可以分为学员文化、教员文化、管理干部文化三个层次，作为贯穿于其中的学员心理素质，又在校园文化建设中发挥着越来越重要的作用。最后，探讨了中级指挥院校文化建设中未来发展的四种模式。The campus culture of secondary command military academy presents a multiple and threedimensional construction. Based on the main body, the construction can be divided into cadet culture, teacher culture, and management culture, at the same time, the mental diathesis exerts a profound influence on building up campus culture. The four future development models of building up campus culture in secondary command military academy are explored.
