关于提高学校各级党委班子办学治校能力的思考

摘　　要：加强办学治校能力建设，是办学治校的根本、学校党的建设的重要内容。当前，重点是要提高“五种能力”：高举旗帜、把关定向能力，抢抓机遇、创新发展能力，发扬民主、科学决策能力，依法治军、从严治校能力，求真务实、服务基层能力。加强能力建设，要把握四个环节：确立科学的办学理念、提高干部的个人素质、增强班子的整体效能、建立健全制度机制。To improve the ability to run a school is the root of the educational management and the key of the party construction. At present, ＂five kinds of abilities＂ should be improved, which are： the ability to control the development direction, the ability to catch new opportunities to innovate, the ability to promote democracy and make scientific decisions, the ability to govern the army rigorous and run a school strictly and the ability to serve for the grass-roots class. During the process of impro- ving the above-mentioned abilities, four links should be hold. They are. establishing the scientific idea of running a school, improving the cadres＇ capacity, raising the party committee panel＇s efficiency and setting up a right system mechanism.
