摘  要:本文用荧光法检测医用理疗级连续波超声作用于人组织液(血清、血浆)发生空化产生的自由基,超声阈值强度ISATA(空间平均时间平均声强)分别为0.75W/cm2~0.85W/cm2和0.7W/cm2。本研究证明荧光法是检测医学超声空化的有效方法,并提供离体人组织液超声空化安全阈值的研究结果,同时发现人血清。A new technique named chemical fluorescent spectrometer(CFS) was applied to determine the free radicals induced by cavitation of medical thermotherapy ultrasound.Free raidcals were detected in isonated human blood serum and plasma (exposured time 5 min.,nominal working frequency 856 kHz, spatial average time average intensity I sata ),the cavitation threshold intensity in exposured human tissue liquids was measurde to be 0.75~0.85W/cm 2 for blood serum,and 0.7W/cm 2 for blood plasma, Our work proved CFS was an useful,reliable,accurate and sensitive method to detect microιcavitation induced by medical ultrasound. The cavitation threshold intensity of human blood serum and plasma was important for safety researching. In the meantime, exposured upon the same intensity of ultrasound, cavitation in serum and plasma was different, i.e.,the cavitation degree related with intensity in serum was not the same as in plasma.
