摘 要:低分子量麦谷蛋白在麦谷蛋白中约占75%,对小麦品质具有重要的作用。目前对LMW-GS组成与小麦品质的关系尚无统一的、标准的、综合的结论,中国小麦LMW-GS的分布现状尚很少研究。本研究利用7对低分子量麦谷蛋白Glu-A3位点等位基因的特异引物标记,对200份中国小麦微核心种质的Glu-A3位点的分布状况进行PCR分析,结果表明:中国微核心种质中以c、a、d三个等位亚基的品种数目为多,近一半的品种含Glu-A3c,1/4的品种含Glu-A3a,14.5%的品种含Glu-A3d,三者占总品种数的85%。含Glu-A3b和Glu-A3e的品种各占5%左右,含Glu-A3f的只占1%,因此,对面筋强度作用较大的b、d亚基的数目较少,而对面筋强度作用最小的c亚基却占44.5%。可见通过调整LMW-GS亚基的组成将是改良我国小麦品质的一条重要的途径。About 75% glutenins components are low-molecular-weight glutenin subunits (LMW-GS), It is important for wheat quality. The correlation between LMW-GS and wheat quality still have not uniform ultimateness. The distribution of LMW-GS components of Chinese wheat varieties has not been studied. The 200 Chinese wheat mini-core collections had been screened to analysis its distritution of Glu-A3 alleles by using 7 allele-specific PCR markers. The results indicated that the varieties with c, a, d allele were most common types. About half varieties had Glu-A3c, about a quarter Glu-A3a, and 14.5% Glu-A3d. The total number of varifies including three alleles were 85% of total. The ratio of Glu-A 3b, Glu-A 3e and Glu-A 3f in total is 4.5%, 5.5% and 1.0% respectively. Therefore, the ratio of Glu-A 3b and d which are important for gluten strength was low, and that of unimportant Glu-A 3c was high in Chinese wheat mini-core collections. This suggested that changing composition of LMW glutenin subunits would be important to improve processing quality of Chinese wheat varities.
