摘 要:目的满足国家标准GB18871-2002电离辐射防护与辐射安全基本标准的同时,优化设计医用加速器室的辐射屏蔽防护。方法以新的国家标准GB18871-2002电离辐射防护与辐射安全基本标准为准则,运用电离辐射屏蔽原理、计算方法,根据安装的医用加速器所具有的辐射物理特点和辐射防护的发展需求,对所有产生的射线进行严谨的、规范的和优化的屏蔽计算。结果辐射屏蔽防护符合我国医用加速器机房使用标准。结论我院医用加速器室屏蔽防护可以满足新的国家标准GB18871-2002电离辐射防护与辐射安全基本标准,并降低了辐射防护成本,兼顾了辐射防护的发展需求。Purpose To meet the government standard basic criterion GB18871-2002 for radiation protection and safety, and to optimize the design of the shielding protection of medical linear accelerator. Methods Based on the latest government standard GB18871-2002 for radiation protection and safety, with sustainable development of radiation protection in mind, and according to the radiation physics characteristics of the medical linear accelerator that would be install, we undertook a rigorous and optimized calculation for the protection needed for the radiation of the accelerator. Results The optimum design for the shielding protection of medical linear accelerator met the latest government standard GB18871-2002 for radiation protection and safety. Conclusions The optimum design for the shielding protection of medical linear accelerator met the latest government standard GB18871-2002 for radiation protection and safety, and lowered the cost of radiation protection and met the sustainable development of radiation protection as well.
