摘 要:目的:研究五加双参片对60Co辐射损伤细胞的影响.方法:采用健康小鼠作为实验对象,五加双参片灌胃给药,使用60Co作为辐射物制备辐射损伤模型,采血记数外周血白细胞及骨髓造血细胞数、骨髓微核细胞数并测定胸腺DNA含量;环磷酰胺(CY)制备低血细胞模型,采血测定白细胞和血小板总数;观察五加双参片对辐射损伤和化学物质损伤的保护作用.结果:对保护辐射损伤外周血白细胞与骨髓造血细胞,五加双参片能使损伤细胞得到恢复,加速其增殖与激活,与空白组比较(P<0.01),优于利血生对照组(P<0.01);五加双参片组骨髓微核细胞千分率低于模型对照组(P<0.01);同时五加双参片组辐射小鼠胸腺DNA含量明显高于模型对照组(P<0.01);五加双参片还能防治CY所致的白细胞和血小板减少,与空白组比较P<0.01,优于对照组(P<0.05).结论:五加双参片对辐射损伤细胞与骨髓造血细胞和对防治CY所致的白细胞和血小板减少症均有保护作用.五加双参片能保护骨髓细胞,减轻60Co辐射对骨髓细胞的损害;对胸腺细胞DNA有保护作用.AIM: To study the protective effects of WUJIASHUANGSHEN tablets (WJSST) on cells against radiation damage and chemical injury. METHODS: The radiation damage models in rats were induced by ^60Co as the radiant substance. We counted the numbers of the peripheral blood leucocytes, medullary cells and the micronuleated cells and measured the content of DNA in thymocytes. The models of hypocytosis were induced by cyclophosphamide and the numbers of the leucocytes and thrombocytes were counted. RESULTS: When WJSST were administered after radiation damage by ^60Co, the numbers of the leucocytes and medullary cells were obviously increased as compared with blank group and leucogen control group (P 〈 0.01 ). The percentage of the micronuleated cells in the WJSST groups was markedly lower than that in model group (P 〈 0.01 ). As to the content of DNA in the thymocytes, the WJSST groups were significantly higher than that in the model group (P 〈 0.01 ). When WJSST were administered after chemical injury by cyclophosphamide, the numbers of the leucocytes and thrombocytes were markedly increased as compared with those of the blank group and control groups ( P 〈0.01 ). CONCLUSION: WJSST have the protective effects against the radiation damage and chemical injury such as the increasing peripheral blood leucocytes and medullary cells, the decreasing the number of micronucleated cells, the increasing the content of DNA in thrombocytes.
