摘 要:针对目前辽河油田超稠油井筒电加热降粘工艺存在能耗过高的问题,采用了井筒掺活性水降粘工艺。实验结果表明,该工艺具有较高的超稠油降粘率、自动破乳脱水性能以及与联合站用破乳剂良好的配伍性,解决了超稠油乳化降粘与破乳脱水之间的矛盾。在辽河油田8口超稠油井进行了掺活性水降粘工艺先导性试验,结果表明掺活性水降粘技术可以取代电加热降粘技术维持正常生产。试验油井抽油机电流下降10-30A、井口产出液粘度大大下降。采用污水回掺工艺流程实现了污水循环往复使用,节约了大量的清水资源。采用掺活性水降粘技术后原油举升成本平均下降38.56元/t,年节约能耗168.89万元。The viscosity reduction technology for ultra-heavy oil in wellbore with electric heating technique can result in higher energy loss. The viscosity reduction technology by blending active water into wellbore was developed. The experiment result shows that the viscosity rate of ultra-heavy oil can greatly reduced using this technology. The automatic demulsification and dewatering characteristics are better. The content of water in purified oil is 3% after automatically settling for 72 hours at 85℃. The content of water in purified oil reduced to 1% after adding demulsifier with a concentration of 0. 04% into low-viscosity oil-water emulsifier and automatically settling for 72 hours at 85℃. The pilot test of viscosity reduction technology by blending active water performed in eight ultraheavy oil wells in Liaohe Oilfield showed that the blending active water technology could substitute the viscosity reduction technology by electric heating. The electric current of pumping unit in the tested oil well was reduced by 10A to 30A, and the viscosity of liquid produced from wellbore was greatly reduced. The sewage reinjection and mixing technology can save much fresh water. The blending active water technology can reduce the lifting cost of oil production and save energy consumption greatly.
