摘  要:快速优质溶漓成稳定的腔体是缩短盐穴气库建造时间、节约建库资金、提高建库效益的关键技术,对保证西气东输工程安全供气具有重要意义。对盐岩溶蚀机理及快速造腔方法进行了分析,以空化射流理论为基础,论述了造腔工具的促溶工作原理,设计了造腔工具地面试验方法及装置。现场应用效果表明,造腔工具可以将建槽期的盐岩溶腔速度提高2倍以上,同时有利于提高返出卤水浓度,满足盐化企业的处理要求。Quick-speed solution mining is a key technology for reducing time and expenditure on construction of salt cavern gas storage and insuring gas-supply safety in the West to East Gas Pipeline Project. The corrosion mechanism of salt rock and the quickspeed solution mining technology were analyzed. The main promoting dissolve principles of solution mining tools were discussed on the basis of cavitation jet theory. The surface experiment equipment and method for solution mining tools were designed. The field application of solution mining tools indicates that the solution mining tools can improve the salt corrosion velocity by two times and also benefit to enhance the concentration of brine and meet the requirement of salt chemistry company.
