摘 要:采用体外细胞培养技术,对南海7种海藻多糖体外抗单纯疱疹Ⅰ型病毒(HSV-1)和柯萨奇B组3型病毒(CoxB3)活性进行研究。7种海藻多糖均表现出良好的抗病毒活性。其中,孔石莼多糖、蜈蚣藻多糖可明显抑制HSV-1,细胞病变半数抑制浓度(IC50)均为3.90μg/mL,选择指数(SI)分别达363和296.4。孔石莼多糖、小石花菜多糖可明显抑制CoxB3,IC50分别为1.95μg/mL和7.81μg/mL,SI分别为>1 025.6和212。同时理化实验结果表明,多糖样品均为硫酸酯多糖,其硫酸基和岩藻糖的含量与多糖的抗病毒效果密切相关。The antiviral activities of polysaccharides from seven kinds of algae collected from the South China Sea against herpes simplex virus type 1 (HSV-1) and coxsackievirus (CoxB3) in vitro were reported in this paper. The results indicated that these polysaccharides all possessed good antiviral effects. The polysaccharides from Ulva pertusa Kjellrn and Grateloupia filicina (L.) C.Ag inhibited HSV-1 at the same IC50 values of 3.90μg/ mL, and SI values of 363 and 296.4 respectively. The polysaccharides from Ulva pertusa Kjellrn and Gelidiurn divaricaturn Martens inhibited CoxB3 at the IC50 values of 1.95μg/mL and 7.81μg/mL, and SI values of 〉 1025.6 and 212 respectively. The physicochemical experiments showed that these seven polysaccharides all contained sulfate groups, the sulfate groups and fucose composition in the polysaccharides were closely related to their antiviral action.
