摘  要:目的:探讨应用鼻内镜下导管超声探头检查鼻腔软组织的可行性.材料和方法:鼻内镜下应用导管超声探头,以直接或经水囊方式检查12侧家犬鼻中隔和中、下鼻甲软组织并分析其图像.结果:①二维超显示下、中鼻甲和鼻中隔粘膜层及粘膜下层均以低回声为主,局部可见偏强回声区及血管回声.鼻中隔、中鼻甲和下鼻甲软组织厚度分别为5.98±1.09mm、6.37±1.23mm和7.51±2.03mm;②彩色多普勒血流成像可见丰富的血液信号,脉冲多普勒可引出动、静脉频谱,静脉流速5.6~18.4cm/s,动脉峰值流速10.2~41.7cm/s,RI 0.23~0.41.结论:鼻内镜下应用导管超声探头检查鼻腔内软组织,其定位准确,图像清晰,分辨力高.Purpose: The feasibility and techniques of endoscopic ultrasonography within nasal cavity were explored. Materials and Methods: Under the guidance of nasal endoscope, sonography of nasal cavity was performed using a 10 MHz, 3.3mm section probe. Twelve nasal cawties of 6 normal canine were scanned under general anesthesia. Results: Nasal endoscopic sonography was accurate in localizing structures with clear images and high resolution. Most mucous and submucous tissue within nasal cavity were hypoechoic, with some sporadic strong echoes and blood vessel echoes. The average thickness of the mucous and submucous at nasal septum, middle and inferior turbinates were 5.98 ± 1.09, 6.37 ± 1.23 and 7.51 ±2.03mm respectively. The rich blood flowing signals were observed by CDFI in soft tissues mentioned above. Pulsed Doppler showed a venous waveform with the velocity ranging from 5.6 to 18.4 cm/s and an arterial waveform with the peak systolic velocity of 10.2 to 41.7 cm/s. Resistance index ranged from 0.23 to 0.41. Conclusion: Nasal endoscope-guided sonography could be a new imaging modality of diagnosing nasal mucosal and submucosal disorders.
