摘  要:目的:应用超声检测胎儿多项生物学指标,预测出生时体重。材料和方法:超声检测468例晚孕胎儿双顶径、头围、腹围、股骨径、肱骨径和上臂径,分析其与胎儿出生时体重的关系。结果:单指标双顶径、头围、腹围、股骨径、肱骨径、上臂径与体重均有一定的关系,其中腹围、上臂径与体重呈高度正相关(r分别为0.8531、0.8982),引入回归方程预测体重(体重=54.12上臂径+5.19腹围+216.72),临床验证其准确性,绝对误差±280g,平均相对误差3.8%。结论:测量胎儿腹围、上臂径对预测胎儿体重具有良好的实用价值。Purpose: Sing uhrasonographic detection of fetus biological features to predict the child's birth. Materials and Methods: The pre-natal biological features in 468 fetus in late pregnancy were examined with ultrasound, such as bi-parietal diameter( BPD), head circum-ferenee(HC), abdomen circumference (AC), femur length(FL), humeral length(HL) and upper arm diameter(UAL). The parameters were correlated with the recorded fetalweight(FW) at birth. Results: Every single prenatal parameter, BPD, HC, AC, FL, HL and UAL was found correlated with FW. Especially, AC and UAL had higher correlation with FW(r =0.8531and 0. 8982). The FW could be formulated as: FW =54.12 UAL + 5.19 CA + 216.72. An estimated calculation error was ± 280g, with an average comparative difference of 3.8%. Conclusion: It is feasible to predict birth-weight via detecting pre-natal biological parameters with ultrasound.
