摘 要:目的:优化甘草酸脂质体的处方及制备工艺.方法:用旋转蒸发薄膜超声法制备甘草酸脂质体,用均匀设计优选该脂质体的处方及制备工艺,采用扫描电镜观测其外观、大小及分布,用HPLC测定其包封率,初步考察该制剂的稳定性.结果:用旋转蒸发薄膜超声法制备的甘草酸脂质体球形圆整,大小较均匀,粒径40~60nm,包封率63.0%~89.0%.结论:薄膜分散法优化工艺后制备得到的脂质体包封率较高,稳定性较好.AIM: To optimize the prescription and preparation of encapsulated liposome. METHODS: The liposomes were prepared by conventional rotary-evaporated film-ultrasonication method. The prescription and preparation of liposome were optimized by uniform design. Its shape and size distribution were detected under transmission electron microscope. A method to determine the encapsulated rate of the liposome by high performance liquid (HPLC) was established. RESULTS: Glycyrrhizic acid liposome was regular under its microphotograph and the diameter was 40 - 60 nm. The entrapment efficiency of the glycyrrhizic acid liposome was 63.0% - 89.0%. CONCLUSION: The entrapment efficiency of glycyrrhizic acid liposome and the stability of glycyrrhizic acid liposome prepared by conventional rotary-evaporated film-ultrasonication method is good.
