130例左室假腱索的超声心动图追踪观察与临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨左室腔内假腱索与相关临床症状间的关系。方法超声心动图检查左室腔内假腱索的位置、数量,追踪其三年来的变化情况并分析其与心律失常等各种临床症状演变之间的关系。结果130例患者共检出左室假腱索144条,临床可伴有心慌、胸闷、气急等症状或伴有不同程度的心律失常。随着时间的延长会出现新增的症状或体征,但不会致命。结论左室假腱索是临床常见的解剖变异,不会对肌体产生严重的影响。Objective To investigate the relationship between left intraventricular pseudochordae tendineae and clinical symptoms. Methods The localization and manors of left intraventrictdar pseudochordae tendineae were observed by echocardiography. The changes of these pseudochordae tendineae in the past three years were followed and their relationship with clinical symptoms as arrhythmia was then analyzed.Results A total of 144 left intraventricular pseudochordae tendineae were found in 130 cases of patients,clinically accompanied by palpitation,depression and polypnea, and parts of them with various degrees of an-hythmia.As time went by, new symptoms and physical signs may appear but never be lethal. Conclusion Left intraventricular pseudochordae tendmeae is a common seen anatomical malformation which has no severe influence on human body.
