摘  要:9SiCr冷冲压凸模原热处理工艺为淬火加低温回火,在使用中发生早期劈裂失效,其原因是凸模整体淬火虽提高了刀口的耐磨性,却降低了其整体韧性。将其热处理工艺改为整体等温淬火+对刃口采用太阳能淬火后,保证了凸模整体的强韧性和刃口的耐磨性,使凸模的使用寿命提高了8倍,且降低了成本。Splitting failure of 9SiCr cold stamping male mould with the heat treatment of quenching and low temperature tempering occured during work time. The reason was that the integrated strong tenacity of the male mould was decreased although the wear resistance of cutting edge was increased. A new process with whole isothermal quenching first and then solar energy quenching of the cutting edge was developed. The service life of the male mould was increased by eight time and the cost was decreased due to the increase of the strong tenacity of whole mould and the wear resistance of cutting edge.
