摘  要:目的:通过力电效应的临床研究和动物实验观察,了解力电效应对骨重建的影响和对骨修复的作用。方法:总结前人研究力电效应的成果,进一步了解力电效应对骨重建的影响和对骨修复的促进作用。为确立股骨头坏死系统疗法的疗效提供机制性的认识。通过动物实验,观察电流对骨重建的影响。结果:①临床研究表明改变作用在人体骨上的“力环境”或“电效应”,均能改变其骨电性质,使骨发生重建。载荷大小或电效应强弱决定着骨的重建方式。力电效应确能影响骨的重建,并对骨的修复有促进作用。②动物实验可观察到电流对骨重建有着明显影响,实验鸡实验肢小腿骨变粗,平均直径、壁厚和同部位等长度质量为7.22mm,0.43mm,2.16g;对照肢小腿骨相对较小,平均直径、壁厚和同部位等长度质量为5.37mm,0.70mm,1.61g。结论:电效应确能影响骨的重建,并对坏死股骨头的修复有促进作用。AIM: To understand influence of stress and electricity effect on bony remodeling and bone repair by clinical study of stress and electricity effect and animal experimental observation. METHODS: After summarizing the former outcomes of stress and electricity effect, the influence of stress and electricity effect on bony remodeling and promotion on bone repair were known deeply. It provided mechanic recognition for defining curative effect of femur head necrosis systematic therapeutics. Influence of electric current on bony remodeling was observed by animal studies. RESULTS: ①Clinical studies revealed that change effect could change electrical feature of bone in “stress environment” or “electrical effect” of human bone and induce bony remodeling. Load volume or electric effect intensity could determine the type of bony remodeling. Stress and electricity effect could affect bony remodeling and accelerate bone repair.②Animal studies showed that electric current had significant effects on bony remodeling. Experimental fociles of chickens became thick. Mean diameter, wall depth and mass of the same part and the same length were 7.22 mm, 0.43 mm, 2.16 g, respectively. Fociles in the control limbs were small relatively. Mean diameter, wall depth and mass of the same part and the same length were 5.37 mm, 0.70 mm, 1.61 g, respectively. CONCLUSION: Electric effect can affect bony remodeling and has accelerative effect on repair of necrotic femur head.
