摘　　要：提出了一个所谓“与门佯谬”问题，并利用狭义相对论进行了详细的分析和计算，消除了此佯谬．The problem named' AND- gate paradox' is presented. A lighting lamp is controled by a AND- gate switch, which is turned off by high vilocity. Roughly, the judgement whether the lamp is lighting or not is different for the observers in different reference frame. By means of the special relativity theory analysis and calculation indicate that the same lamp is lighting or not is the same for the both reference frame.
