摘　　要：随着我国基础设施建设规模的不断加大,作为紧缺资源的建筑材料费用不断增加,如何使施工方案、结构设计更加优化,工程成本得以降低是项目管理的重要内容,介绍土木工程套装软件plane在东海大桥建设中的应用实例。With the growing expansion of infrastructure construction scale in China, the cost of the construction materials, a kind of construction resource that often cannot meet the extensive demand, is expected to rise. How to optimize the construction schemes and structural design in an even better way, and how to minimize the construction cost remain a significant issue in construction project management. In this paper, several examples of application of Civil Engineering （CE） Packaged Software plane to the construction of Donghai Bridge are presented.
