摘 要:本文给出了一种薄膜电阻加载的矩形螺旋形谐振器,并利用其设计了一种甚小尺寸的微带均衡器子结构电路,对薄膜电阻的加载位置也进行了研究。通过在螺旋形谐振器中引入电阻加载,使得该电路能够进行品质因数调节。分析表明这种电阻加载的螺旋形谐振器不仅能够进行中心频率调节、曲线衰减幅度调节,而且能够对谐振回路的品质因数进行调节,适合在微带均衡器中应用,为微带均衡器的设计提供了一种新的设计途径。This paper presents a rectangular spiral microstrip resonator with a thin-film resistor loading and its application to microstrip equalizer. A miniaturized microstrip planar equalizer substructure incorporated with this thin-film resistor loaded spiral resonator is designed and simulated in this paper, and the loading position is also studied. By loading a thin-film resistor in the spiral resonator, an adjustable quality factor of the resonator is achieved. A High Frequency Structure Simulator is used to show that a microstrip equalizer incorporated with this thin-film resistor loaded spiral resonator not only can be frequency adjustable, but also can be attenuation adjustable and quality factor adjustable. Simulation results show that this thin-film resistor loaded spiral resonator is suitable to microstrip equalizer. At last an equalizer composed of this resistor loaded spiral resonator is designed.
