摘　　要：简要介绍了我国防水涂料的主要种类和应用发展情况。我国防水涂料的发展将主要集中在高性能防水涂料的发展与应用、环保型防水涂料的开发、多功能防水涂料以及新型施工机具等方面。Main catergories, applications and development of waterproof coatings for architectures in China are introduced briefly. The development thereof will mainly focus on the reseach and application of high-performance, environmentally friendly, multi-functional waterproof paints and the new type application machines.
