摘　　要：通过对PTA生产过程PT酸产生和分离的分析,找出了影响PT酸含量的主要因素为氧化中间产品粗TA中4 -CBA含量、浆料密度、第五结晶温度、离心分离效果等,并提出工艺控制重点,以保证PTA产品中PT酸含量达到优等品指标。The production and separation of PT acid in PTA plant process is analyzed. The factors which have effect on PT acid content in PTA product are 4-CBA content in CTA, slurry density, crystallization temperature, centrifugal separation effect, the way of process control and improvement were raised to guarantee a high quality product.
