摘　　要：本文提出一种新型线阵ＣＣＤ驱动电路的设计方法；可以在不改变系统工作主频的情况下，连续地改变ＣＣＤ的光积分时间，并且可通过计算机接口实现智能调整。此项技术已成功地应用于热扎线材外径的线检测仪中，控制效果极其理想。A design method of a new linear array CCD driving scheme is described)which Can be used to continuously change the light integrating time of CCD and implement an intelligent adjustment through a computer interface with out the change of system operational main frenquency.The techinque has been sac cessfully used in an in-line tester for measuring the outer diameter of hot-rolled wire.
