摘　　要：利用自然资源,构筑健康、舒适和可持续发展的生态住区,是我国现阶段城镇居住区建设发展的总趋势。文章以西南名苑建造工薪阶层买得起的健康、舒适住宅为例,从利用社区、交通等既有资源、引用自然水系、精心营造生态环境等方面对西南名苑的特色进行了阐述。To construct healthy, comfortable and sustainable ecological residential areas by means of natural resource is a general trend of our country reforming the construction and development of urban and town residential areas in present period. The article takes Xi Nan Ming Yuan as an example to demonstrate a point of constructing healthy and comfortable residential areas afforded by salaried class, and also describes the characteristics of Xi Nan Ming Yuan in existing resources of community and transport, introduction of natural water system and elaborate creation of ecological environment.
