年龄和性别对C57BL/6小鼠种属型行为的影响

摘　　要：探讨C57BL/6小鼠年龄和性别对其种属型行为的影响。结果表明,老年小鼠的挖掘行为无显著性损害,但老年小鼠的作窝能力显著下降。老年和成年雄鼠的挖掘行为均较同龄雌鼠有显著性下降,老年雄鼠的作窝能力显著差于同龄雌鼠。储藏实验显现出无论是老年还是成年C57BL/6小鼠均无明显的储藏行为。这些结果提示作窝能力是反映老年C57BL/6小鼠衰老效应及性别效应的良好指标,挖掘行为可以判别各年龄C57BL/6小鼠的性别效应,储藏行为无实际意义。The effects of age and sex on species-typical behaviors in C57BL/6 mice were explored ,and the results showed that the burrowing behavior in old mice was insignificantly impaired, but the nesting ability declined significantly in the old and the adult male mice compared to the female mice with corresponding ages. The nesting ability of the old mice significantly declined relative to the adult mice, and the nesting ability of the old male mice significantly declined compared to the old female mice. There was nearly no hoarding behavior in both the old and adult C57BI_26 mice. The results suggested that nesting is a good test index to detect the effects of age and sex in the old C57BL/6 mice, and the burrowing was useful to test the effects of sex in the adult and the old C57BL/6 mice, but the hoarding test has no value to evaluate the effects of both age and sex in the C57BL/6 mice.
