摘 要:本文首先通过模拟计算的方法对近年来出现的负性双折射膜补偿扩大TN-LCD视角的方法进行了研究,得到了补偿膜延迟值与液晶层延迟值的关系,证明双膜补偿夹心结构是最佳盒结构。并比较了负性膜补偿的TN-LCD的视角特性与双畴模式TN-LCD的视角特性。提出了双盒结构TN-LCD并研究了其视角特性与实用性。计算结果还说明负性膜对STN-LCD的视角也有显著的扩展作用。实验测试结果证明了计算结果的可靠性。The effect of negative birefingence film on the viewing angle of a series of TN-LCD has been studied by computer simulation.The relationship between the retardation of compensation film and that of LC layer was given and the SNF-TN-LCD was proved to be optimum structure of NF-TN-LCD.The comparation between the viewing angle of SNF-TN-LCD and that of DD-TN-LCD was carryed out. A new method to improveviewing angle namely Double TN-LCD was proposed and its property and possibility in practice were analysed. The typical simulation results were confirmed by experiment.
