XRD物相定量分析外标法标准曲线库的建立

摘　　要：在RigakuD／max-2200型X射线衍射仪（XRD）定量分析软件的基础上，采用外标法制作了无机非金属材料中常用的石英、刚玉等9种组分进行物相定量分析时的标准曲线。结果表明：这些标准曲线的相关系数均在0．925～0．999之间，具有较高的可信度。用这些标准曲线对模拟样品进行了定量分析，分析结果和实际值完全吻合，表明所建立的标准曲线可用于高精度的物相定量分析。Based on the quantitative analysis software attached to Rigaku D/max-2200 X-ray diffractometer, the quantitative analysis standard curves using external standard method for 9 samples, namely quartz, corundum, BaCO3, Cr2O3, Fe2O3, CaCO3, MgO, ZnO and TiO2 were prepared. Results showed that the correlation coefficients of the standard curves were in the range of 0. 925 - 0. 999. A number of synthetic samples were analysed to validate the＇feasibility of the standard curves. It was found that the analytical results accorded well with the true contents, indicating that the established standard curves could be used for high precision phase quantitative analysis.
