摘　　要：用循环伏安方法和紫外可见吸收光谱法研究了一种自行合成的Sch iff碱配合物与DNA的相互作用,发现此配合物能插入DNA双螺旋结构内部,并得到该配合物与DNA的结合常数。The interaction of the self-synthesized copper （ Ⅱ ） Schiff base （copper （ Ⅱ ） N-salicylideneglycine） complex with calf thymn DNA was studied by cyclic voltammetry and UV/VIS spectrophotometry. The results showed that the complex could be implanted into the interior part of the duplex helical structure of DNA. The apparent binding constant was found to be 7.8 × 10^4 L · mol^-1.
