摘  要:根据强力霉素废水组成的特殊性,建立了同时测定废水中磺基水杨酸与对甲基苯磺酸的紫外光谱法,探讨了测定条件,进行了回收率试验,取得了较满意的结果。实验结果表明:二者的最大吸收波长在pH4—9范围内没有变化;磺基水杨酸的线性范围:0—17.5mg/L,相关系数r=0.9990(n=14),回收率:96%-105%,相对标准偏差3.9%;对甲基苯磺酸的线性范围:0—20.0mg/L,相关系数r=0.9990(n=15),回收率为95%-105%,相对标准偏差4.3%。本法操作简便、快捷、经济、结果准确,便于实际应用。Sulfosalicylic acid(SSA) and p-toluene sulfuric acid (p-TSA) are the main toxic pollutants in doxycycline waste water. A method was developed for simultaneous determinations of these two compounds in doxycycline waste water by UV spectrophotometry. The optimal determination conditions were studied. The recovery tests were satisfactory. Experimental results indicated that the maximum wavelengths of the two analytes did not vary in the pH range of 4 - 9. The linear ranges of the calibration curves with the correlation coefficients for SSA and p-TSA were 0 -17.5 mg/L, 0. 999 0 and 0 -20. 0 mg/L, 0. 999 0, respectively. The recoveries and RSD for SSA and p-TSA were 96% - 105% , 3.9% and 95% - 105% , 4. 3% , respectively.
