摘 要:裂解探头温度是裂解实验不确定度的主要来源,本文采用了熔盐法对裂解器探头温度进行校准,选择了8种无机盐来确定裂解器探头实际温度。通过回归分析建立了裂解器探头实际温度与设定温度的函数关系。有3个模型的模拟结果较好。通过比较,选择了幂指数模型为最佳模型,并且根据幂指数模型预测了裂解器探头设定温度的实际温度。A method was developed for the calibration of the temperature of pyrolyzer probe using the fused-sah method. Eight inorganic salts with melting points ranging from 200℃ to 800℃ were selected to ascertain the actual temperature of the pyrolyzer probe. By using the regression analysis, the relationship between the actual and the setting temperatures of the pyrolyzer probe was established. Three models, namely the linear model, tertiary model and the power exponent model gave good simulation results, but the latter model gave the best. Using this model , the setting and the actual temperatures of the pyrolyzer probe were predicted.
