摘　　要：从研究超稠油的馏分分布入手,开发了辽河超稠油改质-蒸馏法直接生产重交沥青新工艺,并进行了工业应用试验,妥善地解决了沥青的闪点、软化点、蒸发损失与针入度之间的矛盾。工业应用结果表明,采用超稠油改质-蒸馏法新工艺,不但提高了轻质油品的收率,而且可以直接生产出符合国家标准要求的重交沥青系列产品,同时沥青的高温性能及感温性能得到改善,提高了炼油厂的经济效益。On the basis of study on fraction distribution of Liaohe super-heavy crude, a new process of upgrading-distillation is developed to produce heavy traffic paving asphalt with Liaohe super-heavy crude and has been tried in commercial application. The problems with the flash point, softening point, mass loss after TFOT and penetration of the asphalt are well solved. The commercial application reveals that heavy traffic paving asphalt series which meet national standards can be easily produced by super heavy crude upgrading-distillation process. At the same time, the high temperature properties and temperature sensibility are improved, the yields of light products are increased and the economic benefits are enhanced.
