摘  要:为了实现机械采油的节能降耗,研制了以单片机为核心的抽油机智能节电器。该节电器通过检测元件对电动机运行时电流与电压的相位差进行检测,计算出电动机的功率因数,由功率因数的大小来判断电动机的最佳工作电压,通过单片机控制可控硅的导通角,提供给电动机合适的运行电压,降低电动机自身损耗。智能节电器能实现电动机的软启动、软停机,自动调整电动机输出功率,达到节能降耗的目的。试验表明,抽油机智能节电器综合节电率在36%以上,单井年节约电费1.37~2.06万元,经济效益可观,有进一步推广应用空间。To implement energy saving and cost reduction in mechanical oil production industry, an intelligent power saving device is developed for pumping unit use, of which single-chip computer is the key component. The device is used to detect the phase difference of current and voltage induced during the motor operation through its components, calculate the power factors of motor, by which optimal operation current is judged. The single-chip computer is used to control the conduction angle of silicon-controlled unit. Proper operation voltage is provided for the motor to reduce the consumption of itself. The intelligent power saving device can be used for soft start up, soft shutdown and automatically adjusting output and cost reduction. Field test shows that its integral power saving rate is over 36%. Yearly power saving cost is 13 thousand and 7 hundred to 20 thousand and 6 hundred for every well.
