双级高效坐封连通器的研制及应用

摘　　要：针对目前油水井作业中使用的底部割缝滑套＋压差式封隔器组合工艺管柱存在的问题，研制了双级高效坐封连通器。该连通器由上接头、割缝钢球、密封圈、销钉、割缝滑套、连接套、坐封钢球、坐封滑套、调节弹簧和下接头等组成。双级高效坐封连通器＋压差式封隔器组合成工艺管柱，不但可以保证压差式封隔器充分坐封，而且在1．5—3.0MPa低压下即可连通作业层段，现场推广应用取得了良好的效果。In consideration of the problems of combined string ofbottom slotted sliding sleeve + differential packer deployed in oil-well operation at present, a dual-stage and high efficiency setting connector is developed. The connector is made up of upper joint, slotted steel ball, O-ring, locking pin, slotted sliding sleeve, coupling sleeve, setting ball, setting sliding sleeve, adjusting spring and lower joint The string combined with dual-stage and high efficiency connector + differential packer not only can be used to guarantee the full setting of the packer, also can be connected under low pressure ranged from 1.5-3.0 MPa, and better effect is obtained in field application.
