摘 要:在生产过程中由于螺杆泵采油易发生油管脱扣现象,为此研制了一种螺杆泵油管锚。这种螺杆泵油管锚在生产时可自动坐卡防止油管旋转脱扣,螺杆泵停止工作时能自动回收解卡,且具有无密封件、不受温度的影响、使用可靠等特点。200多井次的现场应用表明,螺杆泵油管锚能有效地锚定管柱,解决了螺杆泵采油易发生油管脱扣的难题,平均检泵周期延长到1a以上。Because the tubing is apt to be threaded off during the operation by the progressive cavity pump (PCP), a PCP tubing anchor is developed. The tubing anchor can be automatically set down in production to prevent tubing threading off. When it is shutdown it can be automatically recovered and released, and it has the characteristics of non-sealing components, without influence of temperature and steady operation. It is used in more than 200 wells, and it indicates that the tubing string can be effectively anchored with the PCP tubing anchor, by which the problem of threading off the tubing is solved, and the average pump checking period is extended to over one year.
