摘　　要：战术防空C3I系统综合效能评估是一个多目标评价过程,多目标评价中的一个重要因素是考虑目标权系数的选取。本文从数学理论出发,经过严密的数学分析及推导,得出了确定权重的数学公式。并结合评价指标,运用此公式确定权重的方法,给出了系统效能的评价算法,对战术防空C3I系统效能进行了综合评估。效能评价实例说明了公式赋权法和评价算法的有效性。The effectiveness evaluation of the tactic air defensive C^3I system is a multi objective evaluation process, in which the selection of the objects＇ weight is very important. We obtained a formula for determining the weight after strict mathematic analysis and deducing. Based on a set of indicators for evaluation and the formula for weight determination, an algorithm for evaluating the effectiveness of the C^3I system was given. It was used for evaluating the effectiveness of the air defense C^3I system. The example proved the validity of the formula and the algorithm.
