含双邻位甲基侧基的聚醚酮醚酮酮/聚醚酮酮无规共聚物的合成与表征

摘　　要：以2,2,′6,6′-四甲基-4,4′-二苯氧基二苯酮(o-M2DPOBP)为单体,二苯醚(DPE)和对苯二甲酰氯(TPC)为单体,在无水A lC l3和N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)的存在下,于1,2-二氯乙烷(DCE)中进行低温溶液无规共缩聚,合成了一系列新型高分子量主链含有双邻位甲基侧基的聚醚酮醚酮酮(DM-PEKEKK)/聚醚酮酮(PE-KK)无规共聚物,并用FT-IR、DSC、WAXD、TGA、1H-NMR等方法对共聚物进行了表征分析,考察了共聚物的溶解性能。结果表明,随着DM-PEKEKK链节含量的增加,共聚物的玻璃化转变温度(Tg)逐渐升高,熔融温度(Tm)逐渐降低,结晶度下降,溶解性得到明显改善,具有良好的热稳定性。A novel series of random copolymers composed of poly（ aryl ether ketone ketone）（PEKK）/poly（ aryl ether ketone ether ketone ketone） containing bis（o - metheyl） moiety （DM - PEKEKK） were prepared by low temperature solution polycondensation of 2,2＇ ,6,6＇ - tetramethyl - 4,4＇diphenoxydiphenylketone （ o - M2 DPOBP）, diphenether（DPE） and terephthaloyl chloride（TPC） in 1,2 -dichloroethane with the presence of A1Cl3 and DMF. The copolymers were characterized by 1H - NMR, FT - IR, DSC, WAXD, TGA, etc. The results show that glass transition temperature increases with the increasing of the ratio of o- M2DPOBP/DPE, melting temperature and crystallinity of copolymers decrease with the increasing of the ratio of o- M2DPOBP/DPE. The solubility of the copolymers is proved greatly,while the copolymers still exhibit excellent thermostabilities and solvent resistance.
