摘  要:采用荧光光谱法首次研究羟基葫芦[6]脲(HOCB6)与铽离子(Ⅲ)之间的包结络合作用。实验发现主客体之间通过离子-偶极和配位等多种超分子作用形成1:1型的HOCB6-Tb3+络合物,测得其络合常数为5.40×104Lmol-1。考察了酸的浓度对该络合物的形成及荧光强度的影响。同时采用葫芦[6]脲(CB6)、β-环糊精和对-二甲氨甲基杯[8]芳烃进行比较研究,发现Tb3+与β-环糊精无作用,而能与葫芦[6]脲和杯[8]胺形成1:1型的络合物,络合常数分别为5.84×102Lmol-1和1.87×104Lmol-1,其原因可能与主体分子的腔体大小和配位能力有关。The inclusion interaction of perhydroxycucurbit [ 6 ] uril (HOCB6) with Tb (Ⅲ) by fluorimetric methods. The results indicate that the ion - dipole and complex interactions resulted in the formation of 1 : 1 type inclusion complex HOCB6 - Tb(Ⅲ). The complex constant was determined to be 5.40 × 10^4 Lmol^-1. The effect of the acid concentration on the fluorescent intensity and the stability of the complex were investigated. The comparative study of Tb (Ⅲ) with other supramolecules, such as cucurbit [ 6 ] uril, β - cyclodextrin and p - ( N, N - dimethylamino - methyl) -calix [ 8 ] arene, was also carried out. The spectra changes show that cucurbit [ 6 ] uril and p - (N, N -dim- ethyl - aminomethyl) - calix [ 8 ] arene with Tb (Ⅲ) can also form stable 1 : 1 type complexes, instead of β - cyclo- dextrin. The complex constants of cucurbit [ 6 ] uril and p - ( N, N - dimethyl - aminomethyl) - calix [ 8 ] arene with Tb (Ⅲ) were 5.84 × 10^2 Lmol^- 1 and 1.87 × 10^4 Lmol^-1 respectively,which were related to the sizes of cavities and the inclusion abilities of host supramolecules.
