中药加穴位针灸治疗脊椎外伤大小便困难的护理研究

摘　　要：目的:利用中药辨证施治配合穴位针灸治疗,来解决脊椎外伤后所致的腹部胀痛及大小便困难并发症问题,以提高病人的生活质量。方法:将84例病人随机分为二组,实验50例,选用中药“通府逐瘀汤”加减经验方煎服,每日2次饮服,每次量200ml,同时配合针灸治疗,对照组34例,用西药果导片,每次一粒,每日一次,效果欠佳者加石蜡油。结果:实验组总有效率80.0%,对照组总有效率70.6%,两组比较,X2=8.37,P<0.05,两组间有显著差异。结论:实验组的方法在促进肠蠕动,解除脊椎外伤后伴发的腹部胀痛及大小便不畅,减轻了病人的痛苦优于对照组,更好地提高了患者生活质量,也减轻了护理的工作量。Objective： We apply Chinese Medicine and point acupuncture to treat the spinal column trauma with syndrome of belly pain, detention and difficult in relieving nature based on overall analysis of patient＇s illness and condition. Thus patient＇s life quanlity be improved. Method： We divided 84 patients into two groups randomly. In the experimental group, there are fifty patients. Patients decoct and drink the Chinese medicine ＂Tongfuzuyu soup＂ where dosage can be added or reduce according to medical experience and doctor do the piont acupuncture to them for two times every day. Meanwhile, in the indicating group, 34 patients each take a pill of Phenolphthalein Tablets once a day. To those patients who has not showed a favorable turn, we can add some Paraffinum Liquidum Level into their prescription. Result： The total effect rate of experimental team is 80.0% and that of indicating group is 70.6%. When we compare with the two groups. we will find that X^2 = 8.37, P 〈 0.05, There are prominent differences between the two groups. Condusion： The treatment method, which applies in the experimental group can improve the peristalsis of intestines and release belly ache and difficulty in relieving nature with the spinal column trauma. The treatment not only release patients＇ suffering improves patient＇s life, but also decrease their nursing time.
