摘　　要：目的:探讨银杏叶提取物对抗青光眼术后视功能恢复的干预效果。方法:选择了37例抗青光眼术后患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组患者给以口服维生素类药物,治疗组患者在对照组基础上使用银杏叶提取物口服,每次1片,每日3次,1个月为1疗程,连续3个疗程。观察记录所有患者用药前、后的最佳矫正视力、视野、眼压、视觉诱发电位。比较两组患者病变改变的差异性。结果:①两组患者视力提高在计数资料上差异无显著性。但在计量资料上治疗组明显优于对照组;②治疗组治疗后视野、视觉诱发电位均有改善,两组比较差异具有非常显著性。结论:银杏叶提取物毒副作用小,具有保护视神经,提高视功能作用。Objective： To investigate the effect of Ginkgo biloba extract on recovery of visual function after anti - glaucoma surgeries. Method： A total of 37 patients, who had undergone anti - glaucoma surgeries, was randomly selected and divided into treatment group and control group. The control group received vitamin treatments only. The treatment group received both vitamin and Ginkgo biloba extract at a dosage of one tablet three times per day for a period of three months. The difference in pathological changes was compared between two groups by recording both pre - treatment and post -treatment resutts including optimal visual acuity, visual field, eye pressure and P - VEP of all patients. Result： ① With respect to improvement of eyesight, there was no apparent difference between two groups in terms of enumeration data. Treatment group however significantly showed better result than control group in term of metric data; ② After treatment, the treatment group improved significantly in both visual field and P - VEP. Conclusion： Ginkgo biloba extract with a minor side effect is functional in protecting the optic nerve and improving visual function after glaucoma surgery.
