牛心朴子化学成分、生物活性及开发利用研究进展

摘　　要：牛心朴子属于萝摩科鹅绒藤属植物,其提取物有抗炎、抗菌、抗肿瘤及镇痛等作用。民间用于止痛、杀虫、退热和止泻,也用于治疗胆囊炎。近年来,国内研究表明其化学成分除含有一些无机元素外,还含有生物碱、挥发油、黄酮醇类、糖类、甾体及其甙、脂肪酸及脂肪酸酯、芳香族化合物等。研究表明,牛心朴子作为药用植物,在中成药研制开发中具有广泛的前景;且其抗风固沙的优良特性,在植被建设中有重要作用。因此,对该植物中的生物活性物质进行分离和结构测定,以及进一步的生物活性研究,有着重要的理论和实用价值,文章对其化学成分及其生物活性和开发利用进行了综述。Cynanchurn kornanovii belongs to Asclepiadaceae, Cynanchum. The extract from the aerial parts of C. koarovii was found to show anti-inflammatory, antibiosis, antineoplastic, analgesia, odynolysis in medicine. It was used to anthelminthic,removing fever, antidiarrh（o）ea, and treating cholecystitis. In recent years, many studies showed it contains inorganic elements, alkaloid, volatile oil, flavonol, saccharide, steroid, glycoside, fatty acid, fatty acid ester, and aromatic compound. It has comprehensive outlook, and can be applied in trituration of Chinese formulated products and nuisanceless pesticide as medicinal plant. It also play an important role in vegetation building for its fine quality of wind resistance and sand-control. So, it has important theoretical and practical values in isolation of it＇s bioactive substance and determination of it＇s structure. In this text, progress in the chemical composition, bioactivity, development and utilization of Cynanchum kornarovii were reviewed according to recent researehs.
