摘 要:基于人类与河流关系的发展与变化,划分了原始自然、工程控制、污染治理和生态修复等4个阶段,以此为前提来分别审视不同阶段河流系统诸功能与河流健康之间的关系,分析各个阶段河流治理与生态修复的基础。伴随着社会经济的发展和人类对河流系统的粗放式开发利用,许多河流系统都受到了严重损害。受损河流的修复需要对多目标、多层次、多约束条件的复杂系统进行优化,对河流功能及其阈值和受损状况准确把握,在此基础上提出不同阶段河流治理和生态修复的方法和技术。Four phases were classified in terms of the relationship between human and rivers, including natural-cycled, engineering-regulated, pollution-controlled and ecological-rehabilitated phases. Based on the understanding of the relation between river health and river functions at certain stage, targets and principles for river regulation and rehabilitation were discussed. Note that most river systems were badly damaged due to over-exploitation, The idealized solutions to the fiver ecological rehabilitation should rely on the optimal analysis of the integrated system with multi-objective, multi-layer, multi-constraint characteristics. With reasonable consideration of river functions, thresholds and damaged levels, corresponding technologies and countermeasures for ecological rehabilitation of the damaged river systems were proposed.
