应用超声波破碎苏云金芽孢杆菌试验

摘　　要：用超声波对一定浓度的苏云金芽孢杆菌的营养细胞和芽孢进行破碎试验，结果表明：在试验条件下，超声波破碎达到95％以上的破碎率所需时间为30～50min，尤其是菌液浓度为每毫升50亿，用Ф10变幅杆破碎，40min破碎率可达99．9％。而细菌的芽孢，无论是采用幅杆Ф6或Ф10，其破碎效果不明显。Ultrasonic wave was used to break Bacillus thuringiensis. The results show： it took 30～ 50 minutes to break somatic cell in fluid containing 5～10 billion germs/ml by ultrasonic wave instrument with variable amplitude leverФ6 and when fluid germ concentration was 5 billion/ml it took 40min to be broken up to 99.9 % with Ф10 instrument for germs. While the same method using in spore the efficiency was not apoarent, no matter with variable amolitude leverФ 6 or Ф10.
