摘　　要：主要介绍用电缆脉冲成形、场畸变开关控制脉冲输出的等离子体电极电光开关驱动脉冲发生器的实验．着重阐述了场畸变开关工作参数对输出脉冲的影响．以及输出脉冲破形的改善．最后给出了实验结果．A pulse generator used for driving an electro-optical switch based on plasma electrodes is constructed. The output pulse is formed by cables,and controlled by a field distortion switch. In this paper, the effect of the circuit parameters of the field distortion switch on the output pulses and approaches to improve the pulse wavefonns are discribed. Finally, the experimental results are given.
