摘　　要：近年来世界各国的监察制度在监察主体、监察对象、监察程序方面日趋完善,监察主体更加独立,监察内容更加丰富,监察程序更加公开和方便。国外监察制度的新趋势可以为完善我国的监察制度提供有益的经验。我国应当加强行政监察主体的独立性,吸收借鉴议会行政监察专员制度、人权监察专员制度和监审合一制度。In recent years,the supervising subject,ovject and procedure are more and more perfect.The subject is more independent; the content of supervision is more enriched;the procedure is more concrete.The study on the intention of foreign supervision system may giv us some reference to improve our supervision system.
