摘　　要：纳米材料光电探测器的开发是纳米材料应用研究的一个重要分支。本文以几种纳米颗粒制作的光电探测器为例,讨论了随着纳米颗粒材料研究的深入,对光电探测器的研发带来的巨大影响。Exploiting nanoparticles based photodetectors has been recognized as one important branch of the application research in nanostructured material. Some examples of fabricating nanoparticles based photodetectors are presented in this review, its objective is to discuss the impaction of the rapid progress of nanoparticles research on the development of photodetectors.
