摘 要:目的:探讨还少丹对SD大鼠血清及肝组织中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(glutath ione peroxidase,GSH-Px)活性及丙二醛(m alod ialdehyde,MDA)含量的影响。方法:测定老年药物组、老年对照组及青年对照组SD大鼠血清及肝组织中GSH-Px活性及MDA含量,GSH-Px活性测定采用DTNB法,MDA含量测定采用TBA法。结果:与青年对照组比较,老年对照组大鼠血清及肝中GSH-Px的活性下降,而MDA的含量升高(P<0.01);与老年对照组比较,老年药物组大鼠血清及肝组织中的GSH-Px活力增高,MDA的含量下降,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:还少丹能明显升高实验大鼠血清及肝组织中GSH-Px活性,降低MDA含量,说明还少丹有较好的抗衰老作用。Objective: To investigate the effect of Huanshaodan on the activity of GSH - Px and the content of MDA of serum and liver tissue in SD rats. Method: The activity of GSH -Px and the content of MDA of serum and liver tissue in SD rats of old drug group, old control group and young control group were determined with different ways. The activity of GSH - Px was determined with the method of DTNB, and the content of MDA with the method of TBA. Result: Contrasted with the young control group, the activity of GSH - Px in serum and liver tissue had decreased and the content of MDA had increased in the old control group (P 〈 0.01 ) ; Contrasted with the old control group, the activity of GSH - Px had increased, while the content of MDA had decreased in the old drug group (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion: Huanshaodan may increase the activity of GSH - Px of serum and liver tissue in rats and decrease the content of MDA of those, it indicate that Huanshaodan has a good function of anti - oxidation.
