RP-HPLC法测定妇炎洗液中盐酸小檗碱的含量

摘　　要：目的：建立测定妇炎洗液中小檗碱含量的RP-HPLC方法。方法：以Kromasil KR100—5C18为分析柱，流动相为乙腈：0．1％磷酸（48：52，每100ml含0.1g十二烷基磺酸钠），检测波长365nm，样品用流动相稀释后进样分析。结果川、檗碱在0．2-2．2μg范围内线性关系良好（r=1．0000），平均加样回收率为98．21％，RSD为1．51％。结论：本方法能准确、快速测定妇炎洗液中小檗碱的含量。Objective： To establish the method of RP - HPLC for determination of the berbefine hydrochloride in Fuyan lotion. Method： C18column was used with the mobile phase of acetonitrile ： 0.1% orthophosphorie acid（48 ： 52） at the detection wavelength of 365 rim. The sample was introduced and analyzed after diluting with mobile phase. Result： the berberine show a good linearity within 0.2 -2.2μg, r = 1. 0000, the average recovery was 98.21%, the RSD was 1.51%. Conclusion： the method can determine the content of berberine in the Fuyan lotion accurately and quickly.
